Max Collins, Shuvee Etrata, and Charlie Fleming may share the screen in ‘The Master Cutter’, but they bring entirely different perspectives to what it means to lead. They trade rivalry for respect, comparison for celebration, and outdated expectations for a new kind of stardom—one where women master their craft, champion one another, and embrace every version of who they are.
“People should be proud of young women who own their voice,” says Charlie Fleming, who, at 17, believes that confidence begins with knowing yourself well enough to speak up.
“Women should really support each other and affirm each other because that little support could really change the world,” says Shuvee Etrata, who sees empowerment as something multiplied rather than possessed.
“It would be so nice to see more women giving the spotlight to other women, and knowing when it’s your time and when it’s someone else’s,” says Max Collins, whose idea of success leaves room for more women to shine.
Every generation crowns its leading ladies, but this one breaks the mold and expands the title: by the freedom to lead, grow, and inspire in ways that are entirely her own.
