Who remembers TWISTED METAL 2 or to call it by its far cooler european name Twisted Metal World Tour? Sony’s evil car shoot em up series!

Well, did you know that the sequel was once the victim of a lawsuit by an ice cream company!

The reason for this was because Frosty Treats Incorporated the name of the company was apparently seen on the ice cream truck itself!

Plus, the Frosty Treats company had a recognisable safety clown directing children away from traffic… Twisted Metal had a clown too, although this one was slightly less helpful!

Regardless, Frosty Treats Inc got laughed out of court on this one as there was no proof that SONY copied the company… it was simply way too generic… Also, Twisted Metal 2 never featured the phrase FROSTY TREATS… the terrible sequel Twisted Metal Small Brawl did… and it was the only game in the series ever to do so!
