IVE BEEN WORKING ON THIS OFF AND ON SINCE NOVEMBER LAST YEAR. AHHHH… it feels so good to FINALLY have it done. The newer bfdia episodes REALLY inspired me to get to work on it. I’m so glad I had access to this file while I was in New Hampshire. ive had this idea since probably like September last year?? idk. But my god does it fit leafy and fireys turbulent and unstable relatationship. jus before anyone thinks it this is NOT MEANT TO BE A SHIP. the lyrics fit their lore so we,ll I wanted to use it to kinda showcase what leafy probably felt internally throughout bfdia and bfb. I wanted to make callbacks to bfdia 1 and bfb 18 i jus HAD TO. inlcluding using some bfdi assets YEEE AAG. TBH i didnt evn know i was gonna do the second half but i was like NO! THE LYRICS ABT THA TIGHTROPE FIT TOO WELL!! i wouldnt forgive myself if i didnt commit to the bit. I def think this is one of my most visceral videos yet. I poured my soul into this because I really relate to leafy a lot. but also I really wanted to experiment with expressions and movements with object show characters, its been rlly fun trying to find my object show art style over this year and last year. but like i also experimented with hand drawn and tweened elements here, along with camera angles and transition im super proud of how this came out
