Do we each have someone—or something—guiding us?
Across dreams, altered states, UFO encounters, and other extraordinary experiences, people frequently describe a mysterious being standing slightly behind them, often on their left side. Sometimes the figure appears to be watching over them. Sometimes it seems to be helping them navigate, make decisions, or even operate a strange craft.
