In 2017 Peru made international headlines when mummies of weird three-fingered humanoids were found in that country. The mummies seemed to be anything but fake, with X-rays and CT-scans allegedly confirming them to be genuine, while C14 tests proved their old age. Genetic, histological and chemical tests all seemed to confirm the mummies were real. But what were they? Aliens? Mutants? Genetic experiments of the ancients? Or were they just a fake?

Alexander Sokolov investigating the Nazca mummies, with the help from Russian scientists and our colleagues from Peru. In episode 1 you will learn:
