Hi, I’m Ari. I help bass players understand the patterns of music so they can play with real creative freedom.
I started out with classical training, where I learned to value technique, theory, and reading. But I also wanted to improvise, create variations, and make music my own. Rock, jazz, and funk showed me what becomes possible when those fundamentals support your creativity instead of limiting it.
That’s the foundation of my teaching: helping bass players build the fretboard knowledge, rhythm, time feel, ear training, and reading skills that make improvisation and creating bass lines feel natural.
Through self-study courses, guided cohorts, and live sessions, I help you move beyond memorizing TAB and toward actually understanding what you play.
