We haven't gotten a ton of information about the Japanese Brotherhood and the role they'll play in Assassin's Creed Shadows so far. But there's plenty of rich lore and backstory for the Japanese Assassins, should Shadows choose to connect it's story to it and not retcon it. There are many cool characters apart of the Japanese Brotherhood both real and fictional that I would love to see in Assassin's Creed Shadows. And with some of the major events in the Sengoku period already being covered in the past by other Assassin's Creed projects it may inform us as to what could happen in Assassin's Creed Shadows' narrative...
