Story here is that
Rootberry went in place of his medicine cat brother who was very sick, to make the journey to the moon pool to receive a prophecy from StarClan
There he met a weeping StarClan cat WhiteWillow, she never got to live a life, fall in love, have a family, ect
She gave him the message, prophecy idk and he fell in love foolishly with her, and after that he couldn’t stop thinking about her
