Is White Sands National Park in New Mexico worth the visit?
The short answer is: YES! White Sands National Park was every bit as magical as I thought it'd be. It's one a few places that I built up in my mind that actually lived up to my expectations. And although it's in the middle of nowhere, and you will most certainly be making a big detour to see it, it is worth it!
