What is White Light Energy Meditation?
According to Vedic scriptures, envisioning and feeling the essence of the Universe in a White Light is considered purifying, healing, and peaceful, and enlightening at times. It connects to all things as we align our energy with that around us and the collective consciousness.
Meditation is considered one way to get present and balanced at the moment, to clear away any fear or blocks that you may be having in the soul or mind. A white light meditation is one way to achieve peace by calling in the white light of the universe to move through you and cleanse away align your energy within your physical body. White light meditation is often called a way of protecting your spirit body as well from outside dark or negative forces. However, I like to think of white light as a way to be present and clear away any opposing thoughts or vibrations of anxiety, fear, or unbalance at the moment.
