It starts with an unconsistent trick, to perform it you have to hold B, land on the ground and then walk onto the speed boost. If done at the right timing Shadow will down hill charging a Spin Dash
To pass underneath objects that requires using somersault just hold B to charge a Spin Dash and Shadow will pass through it
To avoid the spring at 1:03 , charge a Spin Dash at the right timing before hitting the spring that launches shadow onto the vine and keep holding B
