I changed my mind. It's not Tweetsie 12. According to Wolfe Sound Effects Library, All sounds was made from UK. It's was actually came from a British Locomotive. It sounded like a raspy chord 3 chime whistle. I don't if it's came from 7100 or Other Locomotives. I'm getting flashbacks of confusing Sam's Whistle Origins. From my opinion changed, I don't know anymore...
