In this video I break down exactly how to get the Whiplash, what makes it special, and then show you **3 builds** where it genuinely crushes: a Legendary LMG build, a Heroic run-and-gun shotgun build, and a strong sniper build for both Heroic and Legendary.
I also show the real DPS difference on the LMG build when you use the Whiplash to skip reloads vs reloading normally.
