This Kanile’a Tenor was part of the Kaona Collection collaboration I did earlier this year. My student Mark ended up purchasing it, and I had the chance to meet him in person at the Hunter Valley Ukulele Retreat in Australia! He asked if I’d play While My Guitar Gently Weeps, since we’ve been working on it in lessons - so here’s a candid take. Jake’s arrangement is still one of my all-time favorites to play.
