I was so surprised when Anna Kendrick’s character, Stephanie, pulls out this scarf, but glad that she did. I recognized the scarf she decides to wear as “Chien et Valets” by Charles-Jean Hallo and it was first released in 1963. He created about 15 scarves for Hermès, but may be more well known for his poster designs from the 20s-30s that now can be found from time to time at auction.
