How are you on mental energy? Running low? Watch this video for tips and tricks to get a brain boost!

Mental energy is something we all use regularly to keep ourselves on task, to be productive, to follow through, to think, to create, and for loads of other things. When we use our mental energy unsparingly, we wind up feeling "too tired" to do things we enjoy, despite getting plenty of sleep and eating well.

If you know that "too tired" feeling, then you're probably devoting large amounts of your time and mental energy to pursuits that do not make you feel passionate and engaged. When we devote our mental energy to things that create passion within us, something spectacular happens - we create even more mental energy!

You can double, triple, maybe even quadruple the amount of free mental energy you have to devote to your creative pursuits, or any other worthy goal, if you take mental energy back from things that aren't serving you, and put it into passion projects, which will then multiply the passion and end up energizing you.

Lose the brain-drain model of "these are things I have to do," and adopt the brain boost model of "I only do things that serve me, grow me, empower me, and make me feel passionate."
