The real mastery is to be aware of things that you are focusing on because very often people just keep themselves busy with too many or wrong things.
I have to say that this has been the case with me recently. I was so focused on things in front of me that I forgot to take a step back and see the bigger picture. As a result, I ended up being busy, but not making optimal progress toward my goals.
