Aka how to extract the audio files from Fallout New Vegas.
This is something that I have been requested to do for a while. I hope that you all can follow along easily enough and that you can use the sound effects to improve you videos.
Sorry if I sound a bit like a robot in this video but I thought that it would be easier to follow my voice than lots of text boxes.
Also I put lots of white bars everywhere to hide my name and some random files.
You can use Fallout mod manager to extract the sound effects from the games Fallout 3, Oblivion and Skyrim. All you need to do is to find the *Fallout/Skyrim/oblivion* - Sound.bsa file in their folder.

Here are some useful sound effect folder locations.
fst
This contains all the footstep sound effects on all the different surfaces.
fx►flinder►body
These two folders have lots of gory sounds which I use a lot in my videos.
phy►human
Body's thudding against the ground.
fx►melee
This has all of the melee weapon hit sound effects
fx►swing
These are the weapon swing/whooshing sounds.
wpn►hand
Punch hitting and swinging sounds.
ui►pipboy
Has lots of button presses sci-fi beeps.
ui►vats
All the VATS sound effects
npc►human
Lots of specific sound effects of people doing things.
