Bringing life to your characters' faces can be a challenge, especially when drawing comics, which require you to draw emotions from, sad, happy, angry, and everything in between. In this video, I speak on my frustrations that can make faces look dead and discuss who I looked to for inspiration to fix it. By studying the work of professional animators and cartoonists, I was able to practicing techniques for adding expression and emotion. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist, I’m sure you’ll agree that these are the masters of creating more engaging and lively characters.
