The battle right now is for your mind. Really? Your heart's been redeemed by the Lord, but now it's renewing your thoughts., it'spresenting yourself a living sacrifice, not being conformed to this world, but being transformed? How? By the renewing of your mind, which makes you begin to think. You take the Bible and now you're reading the Bible so that you can begin to think biblical thoughts instead of carnal worldly thoughts. And the Holy Spirit is working in you and you are cooperating with him, that you might become more and more like Christ. And we have our part to do, but we are transformed by the Spirit. Who is the Lord? He's working with you, working to make you like Jesus sanctification. It's happening right now. It's not happening right now. It's because you're not safe. You're not becoming more like Jesus. You don't care anything about being like Jesus because you weren't saved in the first place. You were never justified. If you're justified, this will happen in your life.
