Oh Hi! Today we will look at what it is like when you are just laying there in bed, feeling very proud of yourself for getting to bed early... but you can't sleep.

THAT IS JUST THE WORST... It makes me only want to go to bed when I am super tired and can fall asleep immediately. So these are some thoughts I have when I can sleep, you might also have these thoughts when you can't in the asleep position.
