When to set Item timebase to Beats? for Loops! (Rapid-fire Reaper Tutorials Ep33)
Hey folks! This episode of RFRT is part 2 of last episode, where we talked about timebase as time. In this episode, I'll explain the other three timebase options: Beats (Position, length, rate), Beats (Positions only) and Beats (Auto-stretch at tempo changes)
These three are most suitable for loop-based production, so if you are an Ableton or FL transplant, you will be familiar with this feature, but since the terminology is different, I thought maybe some people won't know where and how to use each one.
