This is an HYO-Retro Video from back in January of 2015. In this video I visited the Clay County Florida Emergency Operations Center to submit a public records request. After successfully photographing and inspecting the records I went outside to shoot the intro to the video where I was going to explain how well the EOC staff did. Only to have Lorin Mock, the Clay County Florida Fire Chief come out and snatch my camera/phone out of my hand. As of the publishing of this video (4/20/23) Lorin Mock is still the Clay County Fire Chief after 47 years. Back in 2015 I submitted complaints but as far as I know Chief Mock received zero disciplinary actions.
