The holiday tradition of decorating a train, be it steam or modern traction, with Christmas lights and sending it on its merry way to delight onlookers has been a hit for both heritage railways and even such companies as the Canadian Pacific Railroad. Yes, the Dutch beat them to the punch - not only in the 1940s, but also with the fastest steam locomotive ever to run in Sweden, of all places. Today, we shall take a look at the Bergslagen Railways (Bergslagernas Järnvägar) class H3s. Also known as the NS 4000 or the SJ A8.

From the very birth of the railways, or railroads if you like, progress was the name of the game. The Mann Co Railroad Company was no exception, their image never being set in stone due to seemingly endless the resources of their parent company TF Industries. The MCRR, much like the industries owned, operated or served my Mann Co itself, were leaps ahead of their competitors, ensuring that TFI had a virtual Monopoly in the Badlands and beyond.
But, for how long could that rail traffic remain lucrative...
Once again, 30 FPS, you know the reason. I thought Id might render the 1950s footage in 24 FPS but I wanted it to at least look somewhat nice. Also this video was an absolute nightmare to render, and the ol PC still struggles to actually play it lol.

Happy 4th of July!
America Sings was an audio animatronic show at Disneyland, from 1974 to 1988. The characters would sing multiple songs from various time periods, from the Early South up to the 70s, a show which lasted 21 minutes. The old Animatronic were moved to Splash Mountain after the closure of America Sings.
To celebrate the 4th of July, I animated the third section of the attraction, Gay Nineties in Source Filmmaker. This is the second to last section, so well see how this ride concludes...
I sincerely apologise for this taking so long, I didnt mean to skip 2021 but I was too busy to actually put it out at the time.
