Q: How did you TAS this?
A: I used a program called loTAS which can change in-game tickrate and more. github.com/MCPfannkuchenYT/LoTAS

Q: How did the dragon perch so fast?
A: It can snap in under 15 seconds on this specific seed. Although it was a second faster here, it's difficult to know when it's 14 seconds when you're playing at 20x-40x slower than real time.

Q: Where did the pearl come from?
A: An enderman definitely teleported on that tree and died due to touching lava beforehand yes
