When Star Wars came to Wales
The Milenium Falcon, Pembroke Docks worst kept secret. In 1979 a full size prop of the Milenium Falcon was constructed in Pembroke Dock, Wales. The prop was used in the Star Wars film 'The Empire Strikes Back' and was set to appear in 'Return of the Jedi' before the scene it appeared in was cut from the final film. In this video I visit Pembroke Dock where there is now a permanent exhibition about the construction of the Falcon in the town.
