When God seems to speak to you, you know your own experience. But when someone else says that God spoke to them, how do you know if that's real, or made up, and what to make of it?
These were the questions that kept recurring in Katie Jacobson's world, especially during her time at an Evangelical college, where often the only authority to evaluate these allegedly supernatural experiences was the court of public opinion.
Katie shares how relieved she was when she began exploring the Catholic Faith and realized that not only does the Church have criteria for evaluating private revelation and supernatural experiences, but also the authority to do so.
