Well the first thing I want to point out, and this is just a simple fact, the money from advertising YouTube videos is downright silly. There is no other way to put it. It's just not viable.

For example, I've put ads on videos that have had over a million views across my channels, and I've collected...$200 cash. I haven't put commercials across to all my videos by any means, but still, the number is pretty low. It's around the tune of $2 to $5 per 1,000 views—which is almost laughable.
