Ahh yes! Yay! These shorts are so helpful and a happy part of my day!! Another potential question for the shorts (similar the disability question from a few days ago: If you're writing about a main character with an identity you share (like specifically LGBTQ+), do you need to self-identify as part of that community in your query? There's been so much focus on own voices and some backlash towards authors who write about these characters who don't share their identities (I'm thinking Becky Albertali - Simon vs. the Homosapiens Agenda) but I'm not sure I'd feel comfortable throwing it out there in a query
