When Nothing Remains is back with their 4th album "Echoes of Eternal Night" (Out in November 2025) and "The Grim Reaper's Tears" is the first single/lyric video that is being published.
The song explores the complex emotions and inner turmoil of Death personified as the Grim Reaper.
The lyrics depict a character who is often feared and misunderstood.
Despite being the harbinger of death, he is portrayed as empathetic, feeling the sorrow and anguish of those whose lives he claims.
He silently observes all of the disasters of war with great sadness in his eyes as he leads the fallen souls to the afterlife.
