If you ask me, I'll tell you that I'm not the biggest fan of Julian Barnes... and yet I bet you can't find 5 other people who have read all four of his Duffy novels written under a pseudonym. That's just how I am, getting more excited about his obscure private detective sideline than his mainstream literary fiction releases.

Let me know your experience with Julian Barnes. I think I've probably read all the Barnes I'm ever going to.
