On International Women's Day 2021, we choose to challenge representation because it matters. Women represent 18% of our workforce, 15% in senior positions. We hope to help influence the next generation of women to choose to study STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics), which can lead to a successful & meaningful career at Airbus Helicopters.
