Flight attendants DO NOT get paid when the boarding door is open.. I know that seems crazy and it is and a lot of us dont agree with it, but we only get paid if when the door is closed. SOOOOO basically anytime that boarding door is open, if its a any type of delay or during boarding we are not getting paid... HOWEVER.. we do get paid a small per diem amount when we are away from base and that does continue to add up as long as we are away from base.. but when we when into the crew room and sat for 2 hours. we got nothing.. ***THIS IS TYPICAL FOR AIRLINES, I AM NOT ALONE ONE THIS!!***
