When does Diablo 3 Season 30 Start? Well, not till Season 29 ends and we have no date for either.

My best guess is 12th or 19th January 2024.

Soul Shards Return in Diablo 3 Season 30. This will be a crazy strong season with greater rift 150 cleared on multiple classes and builds in the opening weekend and almost every set/build in the game will be 150 viable.

Visions of Enmity and the Alter of Rites both return too.
