When Does a Suppressor Start to Glow? We have seen it before on YouTube night vision footage a suppressor glowing after someone has been shooting. But how many round does it take to get it that hot? Once its that hot how long does it take until the suppressor is no longer glowing? What kind flash signature is visible when sitting suppressed with different length suppressors? We take a look at those questions and more here using a PG 25 Gen 2+ night vision device to evaluate the performance of the Dead Air Sandman line of suppressors on a 16" barrel using m193 5.56 ammunition.
