I recently sat down with Christian Ekrem and Jon Lilienberg on the Norwegian podcast Dønn Disippel for a very honest and important conversation about the church, discipleship, reformation, and why we desperately need each other more than ever.

We talked openly about some of the mistakes from the past, what God has been teaching me through the last years, and how my view of the church and pastors has changed deeply.

Before, I was often too quick to criticize, too quick to move on, and too quick to give up. But today I truly believe that if we are going to see healthy disciple-making movements, we need pastors, leaders, churches, and believers working together.

We spoke about:

• Obedience and surrender to Jesus
• Lasting fruit and healthy movements
• The tension between calling, work, and family life
