"Just because I drive slowly, it doesn't make me to be a Canada Worst Driver!"
Season 3 beings us the third recipient of the unwanted title of "Canada's Worst Driver"; Jason Zhang. Although he may be a travel agent, its very clear that Jason was NOT comfortable behind the wheel, and even when driving he had no peripheral vision, only looking at what's immediately straight ahead, giving himself an extreme case of "tunnel vision".
Asides from also relishing gridlock, his driving is made worse thanks to his far too controlling husband, Adrian. Adrian had a case of often grabbing the wheel to try and "correct" Jason's driving, alongside constantly giving him advice and even PRAISING his driving even if it was terrible.
His rehab was as you'd expect; Thanks to Adrian, he failed or was even disqualified from challenges, and even when he wasn't a nuisance, he still did very poorly, passing very few challenges. On top of it, he was very clueless as to his driving, not even remembering what was taught to him and at one point even wanting to quit rehab, but ultimately stayed. Top it off with a terrible final drive where he nearly broke Andrew's own truck, and not only did he get named the worst, he called it quits on his driving career.
As a result, Jason did not return for the 9th season.
