This is a custom wooden box that houses an ESP8266 module with Heltec OLED display. It sends POST requests to a Yamaha receiver, GET requests to an Arylic Up2Stream Mini, and On/Off commands to a TP-Link Kasa smart outlet. Why do all this? Well because it was fun.... Also, attaching a combination of requests to a physical button lets me quickly power on the outdoor audio system and select a stream, in less time than it would take to unlock a smart phone and find the app.

Cable Matters Right Angle USB Cable
C2G USB Short Extension Cable
The lid to an Ikea box...
Random stuff I had such wire, resistors etc.
Changes:
Should have used a smaller plastic box with smaller switches.
Might have looked into an ESP32 instead of an ESP8266.
Future add-ons:
Adding more speakers when I have time to run the wires
Maybe add a "Next" button to advance the song
