Bodycam Footage Of 3 Angry Dads Chasing a man after witnessing him punch a woman in the face.August 13, 2023, Officer Jared Carr with the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, was on water patrol on the Chipola river just north of Spring Creek. He was conducting a boating safety check on two Kayakers, when he heard what sounded like a fight down at the creek. He looked and observed a man being chased across the river out of the creek by three men. They were cussing and yelling at the guy as he was fleeing from them. When he pulled down to the creek there were several people in the water yelling for him to catch the guy swimming down the river.
