Totally didn't sneak up there. This is one of 90 Whelens in the Madison County CSEPP system surrounding Bluegrass Army Depot, and one of 4 that are also locally controlled by the Eastern Kentucky University campus. Honestly didn't need the hearing protection. Enjoy!
