Location: 113 N South Street, Wilmington, Clinton County, OH
Headed up to Wilmington for yet another Clinton County test. We stopped by the brand new OmniAlert to see if it was hooked up yet. The meter was reading 6900 kWh, so we decided to go for it. Looks like it isn't quite tied into the system yet... On the bright side, we managed to get a pretty awesome ambience of Wilmington's sirens, which is something I've always wanted to do. You can hear 435 Hz Whelens, all being Vortexes, and one 560 Hz Whelen, which is an OmniAlert at Wilmington College. The loudest siren heard is the Vortex R4 at Wilmington Middle School, which was about 0.32 miles to our west. Other Vortexes heard include Wilmington Sewer Distribution, Denver Place Elementary, King Commons, and Williams Memorial Park. Since it is near impossible to pick out specific ones, it is likely that a few even farther away were heard here and there. With that said, enjoy the video!
