Hi! Getting my wheelie Wednesday submission in just in time! I made a yellow dog to represent the golden retriever in Homeward Bound. I’ve loved that movie since I was a child! Also, I have a market this weekend put on by a dog rescue group so I’ve been making as many dogs as possible! The pattern came from the book Crochet Cats & Dogs by Banga Vaicekauskiene! Have fun saying that one! Lol I used a 3.25 mm hook and random scraps - I ended up playing yarn chicken but I won!
Deb M
I made yellow submarine booties (another great granddaughter on the way).
Paid pattern on Etsy Yellow Submarine baby Boots by Nuria Pastor, Used worsted scrap yarn and 4.5 mm hook.
Debbie (GG-Gaddy Crochet)
For TV/Movies theme and yellow color I made Minions. These both were made as I went, no physical pattern, but surely influenced by learned techniques from patterns I've made. Yellow is some old Sweet Snuggles Light and all other colors are Bernat blanket yarn. I used a size 6mm hook. I had a request to help a friend make a Minion and these are the result.
Diana T (Otterwise)
I made a Horta (yes, I love Star Trek too. ) No pattern, I just started crocheting and aimed to make the yellow more prominent than the red.
Elaine
In honor of Sesame Street, I made a rubber duck…
Pattern: YT tutorial by Allez Crochet
Red Heart Super Saver yarn, 3.75 mm hook
Other favorite rubber duck patterns are by Hugurumi and AmiteurHour on IG
Check out Kim (@CraftyChaosEmporium ) and her last video, where she made a bunch of ducks in stripes!

Phew, I'm now back. I missed this community.
I did some catching up. All DK acrylic yarn, 3mm hook.

Ninja turtles by Stitches by Stat, the yellow & green is Mist-ical, Blue & orange is Bernat Blanket, the purple is from Dollar Tree Just Chenille
Lori (Armchair Chef)
Finally, I've been able to finish a project. I have two that I almost got done but didn't make it.
So this is my interpretation of the yellow submarine and the Sea of green in a twisted headband, my own design.

Sesame Street was a favorite in our home in the 70's. Big Bird is my choice for yellow. He is a modification of a "Cuddle Critters by Mama Makes Yarn." I used a 6mm hook and Bernat mystical yarn in the yellow and the orange. (It is what it is!)
