Whether you’re headed to warm weather or having a staycation, we have a few tips to keep in mind:
📍 Share plans with a friend or family member:
Check-in by sharing updates and let them know what you’ve been up to. If you are somewhere unfamiliar, pick a designated meeting spot for your group — in case someone’s phone dies, you lose cell service, or you just get separated in a big crowd.
🚰 Stay hydrated:
If you’re out in the sun, dehydration catches up to you quickly, especially when there’s alcohol involved. Make it a priority to get enough water — it’s great for your mood, skin, and energy levels too!
🤝 Look out for your friends.
Be an active bystander and take care of each other! Keep the 4 D’s (Direct, Distract, Delegate, Delay) in mind to help out in an unsafe situation.
