A recent article by The Bell details that SMILEGATE is currently busy working on the Japanese version of Lost Ark. Localization will take quite some time and there doesn't seem to be any mention of the NA or EU version. Though it was mentioned before, I think it's safe to say we won't be seeing this game for at least another year or two.
