What's Up: Balloon to the Rescue is a 2009 animated movie from the infamous Video Brinquedo, that attempts to copy Pixar's Up. Before this, I had never actually seen a Video Brinquedo movie myself, despite being familiar with the infamous nature of their movies. One lucky(?) find at a thrift store completely changed that, and I now own a Video Brinquedo movie in my possession.
