do not EVER underestimate my ability to procrastinate because I had the idea for this animatic about 8 months ago
hi guys aaah I dont even like this that much,I just wanted to post something,and made this in maybe like 9 hours or so
if you dont know what is happening,heres some context:
These three are married, and have a daughter (JULIETA) that they used as an experiment throughout her whole life, their daughter escaped years ago, and they have not stopped looking for her. The woman with the red scarf is Ágata Garder, she is her mom,and she was the one in charge of managing the experiments. The three of them feel guilty, they know that they did irreversible damage to Julieta, but they are convinced, especially Ágata, that if they find her, they can reverse it and convince themselves that they did the best they could. They were never really able to draw the line between their daughter and their experiment, and that's why Julieta never wants to see them again.
Every year, on Julieta's birthday, Ágata pays an amount of money that just by thinking about it hurts me, so that the moon turns red all night. Now Julieta is 19 years old, her parents are still looking for her, and although they can't see her,Juli can see how the moon turns red, and so she knows that no matter how far away she is, she is still not safe.
