It hasn't been easy being a customer of Perfect Keto over the last year and half or so. There have been ill-conceived new product introductions, the screwing up of one of their best products, and a general lack of product inventory during their sales.
Recently, I had a very candid discussion with one of the founders of Perfect Keto, and now a new part owner and CEO, Justin Eaton. In this video, I talk about the conversation I had with him and how Perfect Keto wants to earn back the trust and faith of their customers.
