🎮 Is Mega Man 7 Overrated or Underrated? My Honest Thoughts After Finally Beating It! | Mega Man 7 Retrospective
Mega Man 7 has always been one of the most divisive games in the classic Mega Man series. Some fans call it one of the best Mega Man games ever made, while others rank it near the bottom. After finally beating the game for the first time, I decided to dive into the community's opinions and share my own thoughts.
In this video, I discuss why I think Mega Man 7 is one of the most fun entries in the classic series, even if I don't personally consider it the greatest. For me, that honor still belongs to Mega Man X3, thanks to its incredible gameplay, the introduction of playable Zero, and the countless hours I spent with it growing up.
I also talk about why I think some players judged Mega Man 7 too harshly by constantly comparing it to Mega Man X. While Mega Man X revolutionized the franchise, Mega Man 7 was never trying to be that—it was meant to be a faithful evolution of the original classic Mega Man formula, and I think it succeeds in doing exactly that.
