so i was wrong about Arcane in my last video i said that it was useless waste of level but after fromsoft buffed it now its actully pretty good and in this video im going to show the best Arcane katana in elden ring , and we are going to upgrade it to 10+ and test out the Rivers of Blood katana against 4 different bosses and see how strong it is , at the end we are going to find it if it truly the strongest Arcane weapon in the game or not
