Edsbergs Slott, an 18th century manor house with a gelataria, boutique and outdoor gym looking over Edsviken lake, is only 500 metres from my little apartment in northern Stockholm of Sweden. For both my mental and physical health I adore walking, running and training callisthenics here at least 5 times a week π
